Amerin Boutique Hotel Johor Bahru, a new hospitality project by Prestige Palms Sdn Bhd stands 17 stories tall at Taman Perling, Johor Bahru. Of it, 8 stories consist of 176 modern designed hotel rooms. Amerin Boutique Hotel was officiated by YB Dato Tee Siew Kiong Johor Tourism, Domestic Trade and Consumerism Committee Chairman on 30 July 2016. IPSEC is honored to be involved in this project both as the nominated sub-contractor and sponsor.
